Jackie is on a mission to re-ignite purpose and passion in students, employees, and leaders! She knows that when people love what they do, they are more productive, creative, loyal and happy. By helping individuals reach their personal highest potential, they will thrive on the paths they forge, the careers they select, the businesses they own, and the companies they work for.

Jackie founded the BMore program out of a desire to give high school students just launching or soon to be launching into the real world the confidence and courage they need to be successful whether for their first internship, or college, or entering the workforce. After years as an educator teaching adults how they can be the best they can be, Jackie was motivated to teach these same skills to high school students so they would be inspired to be their best as they pursue their futures.

Jackie has more than 20 years of experience as a speaker and trainer to organizations both nationally and internationally. She is an Inner Circle Certified John Maxwell Leadership trainer, a certified Change Cycle expert, a NLP Practitioner, and author of the Ignition Journal to Light Your Fire Weekly and Insider Tips.

Jackie is a business owner, an active member of the Cumming community, and a strong supporter of our youth. She is married to Jerry Martin and is the mother of Forsyth County School graduates Leah and Troy Martin.
